Kyoko Adachi

Kyoko Adachi has experiences in both academia and corporate revolving around cross-cultural communication and sustainability. While at the University of British Columbia, she conducted an exploratory research on the cultural differences regarding the perspective of responsibility towards intergenerational issues such as climate change.

After earning  a master's degree from UBC, she started her career at a creative agency in Japan where she worked on designing, managing, and executing brand strategies and communicatoin plans, as well as building new business with a focus on strong cultural and environmental purposes. Ms. Adachi joined Global Thermostat Japan in 2023 as one of their founding team members.
