Koji Haneda

At the School of Policy Studies, Kwansei Gakuin University, he researched on how the office environment contributes to employee morale and productivity while also providing consulting services in the same regards to companies in Japan.

After graduation, Koji joined ICMG in 2021 where he built DX strategies for financial institutions, fostered organizational culture and led programs for the next leaders of big manufacturing companies. Koji also expertises in promoting innovation for businesses, and worked on open innovation and new business development for large industries such as architecture, robotics, energy (hydrogen), semiconductors, agriculture, ports, and sustainability.

His life mission is "to lead the design of a sustainable and beautiful future by bringing together the wisdom and will of mankind to ensure that the earth is a shining planet for eternity."
