Dr. Eric Ping

Dr. Eric Ping has been active in the fields of renewable energy and green technology since 2005, when he began his research career working on hydrogen reformation separations with Intelligent Energy. An alum of Christopher Jones’s catalysis and separations group at Georgia Institute of Technology, Dr. Ping has a strong background in chemistry, materials science, and chemical engineering. Prior to joining Global Thermostat, Dr. Ping was part of the research faculty at the University of Colorado, developing commercial scale production of inorganic membranes for high pressure carbon dioxide separations. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
